L8R SK8R: A Speedrunner's Playground

L8R SK8R invites players into a vibrant 3D platformer universe, channeling nostalgic vibes from classic fifth-generation titles. The game emphasizes speed and precision, challenging players with a unique time collection mechanic that redefines how progress is made in platforming adventures. As you traverse the hub world, time locks prevent your advance, compelling you to refine your skills to unlock new areas.

Collecting Time: The New Currency

Instead of gathering typical collectibles like stars or crystals, players collect time. Each level comes with a default record time, and beating these records earns you precious seconds crucial for unlocking time locks. This clever twist on collection mechanics means every run matters, whether you decide to focus on a single level or tackle multiple ones for a cumulative boost.
