KROSTEL: Architecture Bureau Simulator is a PC business management game about starting an architecture and engineering company. You begin with a small office, limited cash and no staff. You find clients, hire a team, compete for contracts and keep the bureau solvent. You don’t design buildings yourself; you run the company that takes on the work.

Bidding and project work

Clients choose between competing firms, so each contract is a decision about price and capacity. Set how aggressively to bid, weighing your reputation, quality, workload and ability to start quickly against other firms’ proposals. Projects become more complex as the bureau grows, covering work such as structural engineering, electrical systems, water and sewer systems, estimates, topography, geology, surveys and measurements.
