Krieg Spielen

Setting and premise

Krieg Spielen is a PC game set in a modern war's "grey zone". The game presents a war-torn environment filled with desolation and destruction. Players explore this landscape armed only with a rifle and a few grenades, facing a hostile world without traditional gameplay indicators like a health bar or clear missions.

Visual style

The game features sparse black and white visuals that enhance the atmosphere and tone. This 1-bit aesthetic includes monochrome color filters that players can opt to use. The world is hand-crafted in a 2D isometric style, showcasing hundreds of pixelled assets and animations.
