Kingdom's Worst Mediator

A mediator in another dimension

Kingdom's Worst Mediator is a fantasy visual novel for PC. After accidentally traveling to another dimension and destroying a castle, you take a job as the kingdom’s mediator to pay off the damage. You don’t know how to mediate, so you rely on a manual called Debate for Dummies.

Making your case

Debates are the game’s central mechanic. You analyze an opponent’s arguments, look for a rule from the manual that gives you an advantage, then choose words to shape your response. Winning means turning an opponent’s argument against them, but each debate ends in either a win or a loss, and the outcome can have consequences.
