Keyboard Companion

A desktop keyboard companion

Keyboard Companion is a small PC desktop toy with a pixel monkey who types whenever you do. He sits behind his own keyboard at the bottom of your screen, keeping pace in whatever app you’re using.

Each key you press lights up the matching key on his keyboard and sends a little keycap popping into the air. Type for a while and his tongue sticks out in concentration. When you pause, he peels a banana, scratches his head, looks around or yawns, then eventually nods off. Press a key and he wakes with a start.
