Just One More Catch

Creature-catching roguelike

Just One More Catch is a single-player creature-catching roguelike for PC. You arrive in Ashford as a young aspiring trainer, with enough savings to buy a first companion. Outside town, you set out into a dangerous area to catch creatures, gather resources, and build a team. Each expedition asks you to weigh the chance of finding a better catch against the risk of losing what you’ve gathered before you can bring it home.

Wild creatures have individual strengths, talents, and skills, even when they’re the same species. You weaken opponents before trying to capture them, then choose which newcomers to keep in your collection.
