JanuszCorp

CEO in Warsaw

JanuszCorp is a PC management simulator about inheriting a company in Warsaw and trying to run it as its new CEO. You play Janusz, who spent thirty years running a car repair shop before taking over a workplace full of HR staff, procedures, meditation rooms and soy lattes. His approach to business comes from the garage, not corporate management.

Employees bring requests and problems to your desk. Areczek wants a raise, IT wants a new computer, and HR warns that Krysia is burning out. You decide how to respond, from offering a bonus or paying people on time to listening to their concerns. The game ties those choices to the company: give one raise and employees may ask for another the following month.
