Game type and premise

It's the Insides That Count is a cooperative multiplayer game for PC where players take on the roles of a specialist team assigned to operate on a human specimen. There are four distinct roles that players must fill, including scanning for dangers, brewing compounds, steadying the body, and holding a laser. The teamwork is essential since the procedure requires coordination and managing the unexpected outcomes of their actions.

Roles and responsibilities

Players must defer to the Human Extraction & Life-preservation Protocol Section 12.7 to avoid mishaps that could lead to accidents. Each member of the team has specific tasks that contribute to the overall operation of the specimen. Tasks include identifying organs to remove safely, preparing them for study, and returning them to the body without complications.
