"It Consumes" Challenges Players with Darkness-Driven Action

In It Consumes, players face a thrilling challenge in a first-person shooter (FPS) environment where survival hinges on navigating an impenetrable darkness. This game synthesizes gameplay elements from titles like Devil Daggers and Vampire Survivors. What sets it apart is the need to employ your pulse as a sonar-like ability to temporarily light up the world around you, adding an extra layer of strategy to every encounter.

Survive by Mastering Your Pulse Mechanics

The fundamental gameplay in It Consumes revolves around creatively using your pulse to reveal your surroundings and identify threats. This unique mechanic is pivotal to survival, requiring players to balance the risk of darkness against the need to scout for enemies. It’s not just about shooting; it’s about tactically illuminating your environment while effectively managing your movement and firepower against relentless enemies.
