Island defense

Island Core is a single-player monster-horde defense game for PC, set after an Otherworld invasion has torn apart the mainland and forced the Federation’s defenses back to one island base. Scientists in the fallen labs uploaded their personalities to the base’s central AI, the Core, and left their bodies behind. You command that Core alongside five dead scientists who keep fighting.

The Core targets enemies, fires and reloads on its own. You choose how to develop it and its weapons while the horde attacks. If the Core is destroyed, the run ends; surviving earns another upgrade.
