Interactive Manual Of Compulsive Distress

A social roguelite about relationships

Interactive Manual Of Compulsive Distress is a PC social roguelite and life sim about balancing connection with isolation. Each run builds a different friend group, and your choices shape the people in it and their relationships with you.

Dialogue and social limits

A Macro Run is made up of Micro Runs, each with around 30 dialogue events involving the NPCs in your life. Push interactions too hard and you hit Overload; pull back too much and Burnout catches up. You need to manage both to keep moving forward.
