Infinite Minesweeper

General premise

Infinite Minesweeper is a puzzle game that expands on traditional Minesweeper by removing the fixed edges of the game board. It features an infinite plane where mines are generated based on a seed, creating a persistent world that maintains its state as players interact with it. Players engage by uncovering zones of 8x8 tiles, each containing ten mines, and must win or lose one zone at a time.

Zone mechanics

When you hit a mine in a zone, that specific area locks, preventing further exploration until you either wait ten minutes for it to unlock or use an unlock ticket. The game does not reset progress entirely, allowing you to approach each zone individually without the risk of losing all your progress. You build a streak by clearing zones and can earn hints and tickets to assist in future plays.
