Implight

Game premise and objectives

Implight is a puzzle game set in a fantasy dungeon where you play as the chief engineer for a powerful Lich. You have traded your previous life working in fields to manage the dungeon, which involves helping its denizens, maintaining traps, and solving various problems. The game begins with the dungeon inexplicably plunged into darkness, and you must carry a torch to explore and navigate maze-like corridors while performing your tasks.

Game mechanics

The game employs grid-based movement as you traverse dark tunnels and familiar rooms within the dungeon. You will interact with different characters, many inspired by mythological beings, and assist them with their troubles. Puzzles presented in the game challenge your memory and problem-solving abilities, while others may require word manipulation to progress.
