Humanity's Last Prayer

Setting and premise

Humanity's Last Prayer is an action hack-and-slash game set in a post-apocalyptic world where an ancient evil has caused humanity's last survivors to retreat into a mountain sanctuary. The survivors discover a forgotten ritual that could save the world, but it requires drawing power from destroying the enemy hordes threatening them. You play as a lone character tasked with summoning and defeating these enemies to fuel the sacred ritual.

Combat and progression

Combat involves facing waves of hundreds of enemies, requiring you to utilize skills, crafting systems, and weaponry developed through an open-ended structure. The game allows you to explore different skills and crafting options from the start, enabling you to create a character build based on your interests and strategies. Progression is not linear, meaning how and when you approach challenges is at your discretion.
