HotZone

Single-player shooter

HotZone is a PC first-person shooter built around short, repeatable fights across three maps. You pick a map and one of four lessons, then try to survive ten waves of enemies. There’s no campaign, multiplayer, shop, or online account, and the full game is included in one purchase.

Waves and combat

Each run starts at a pad. Between waves, you can reload and collect ammunition from a green pad. If you die, the run ends and you start the ten waves again. Enemy pressure increases over time: shield enemies arrive from wave 3, snipers from wave 4, and later waves combine more of them.
