His Magical Gay Awakening

Story and setting

His Magical Gay Awakening is a story-driven visual novel for PC, adapted from Jeffrey Frans’s novel. Tristan arrives at the Arcane Fashion Institute trying to survive, not to fall in love. He has sworn he’s straight, but the school’s magic reads desire, and his body begins expressing feelings his mind resists.

The story takes place among candlelit ateliers and glass-cased gowns, with a ruthless professor, a rival, and a model in Tristan’s orbit. The romance is between men, and the dark-academia fantasy plot deals with desire, manipulation and coercive magic, and unequal power.
