Heretic + Hexen - Xbox One & Series

Rediscovering a Classic: Heretic + Hexen

Heretic + Hexen revives two cornerstone titles in the first-person shooter genre, initially crafted by Raven Software on a modified DOOM engine. Released in the mid-90s, these games innovated mechanics such as character classes and vertical aiming that would leave a lasting impact on subsequent action titles. This enhanced restoration, tailored for Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC, makes it easier than ever for both seasoned players and newcomers to explore these dark, fantastical worlds.

Expansive Worlds and Evolving Gameplay

Set in a rich tapestry of fantasy and horror, Heretic plunges players into a battle against the machinations of evil forces. Players wield a variety of mystical weapons while navigating treacherous environments. Hexen builds on this foundation, featuring intricate level designs and puzzle-solving elements. The two games collectively push the boundaries of exploration and combat strategies, ensuring players remain challenged throughout their quests.
