Hellobnb Simulator is a PC business and renovation simulator set on a Greek island. You inherit an old family house, clean it up and turn it into a vacation rental. From there, you manage guest stays and use your earnings to renovate and invest in more properties.

Renovating properties

Work begins with clearing trash, mopping floors and pulling boards off windows. You can paint walls, lay tiles and repair damaged interiors, then furnish rooms with items from six quality tiers, ranging from second-hand furniture to designer pieces.
