Haste Makes Waste is a PC freight-station management game. You start with no money and load cargo by hand, moving goods from a delivery train onto the correct outbound train. The station begins with one platform and two types of goods. Your first earnings go toward hiring workers and building up the operation.

Staffing and bottlenecks

Hire and train workers, then assign them to tracks and work areas so they can take over cargo handling. The crew works automatically while the game is running and unpaused, but the station stops when you close the game, so there’s no offline progress.
