Harbor Water

Flood survival

Harbor Water is a PC survival game about households trapped by a sudden summer flood in Shuigang City. You take stock of supplies and manage hunger, thirst, damp, and illness as the flood leaves people stuck under their own roofs.

Supplies and neighbors

You can buy emergency goods from the shop and call on your neighbors for help. The game centers on those choices as you deal with the needs of households affected by the flood.
