Hannah VCR - Xbox One & Series

Unraveling the Threads of Hannah VCR

Hannah VCR is a narrative puzzle game that invites you to manipulate a VHS tape to alter the life of its protagonist, Hannah. Combining elements of nostalgia and emotional storytelling, players will guide Hannah through a fragmented world, confronting memories of loss, abandonment, and an elusive doll. Every choice you make will ultimately shape her destiny, making each playthrough a unique journey.

The Mechanics of Memory Manipulation

The core mechanic revolves around the colored squares on the tape, each representing distinct scenes from Hannah's life. By rearranging these squares, players can change the sequence of events, influencing Hannah's experiences and emotions. This interactive approach to storytelling not only emphasizes player agency but also enhances replay value, as you experiment with different combinations to discover various outcomes.
