Hammer of the Gods Classic

Viking strategy

Hammer of the Gods Classic is a turn-based strategy game for PC set in a fantasy version of Europe, where you command Viking heroes and seek the favor of the Norse gods. You raid coastal villages, conquer cities, connect them with roads, and build castles to protect them.

Gods and victory

The gods take an active role in your decisions. At the start, you choose a family of gods, and that choice shapes your path to victory. Building an empire isn't necessarily the goal: you compete against other players to earn the gods' favor and become the Hammer of the Gods. Maintaining honor among the other Vikings matters along the way.
