Run a gladiator school

Habet is a PC management game about running a gladiator school in Pompeii in 73 BC. You start with a small school and little coin, then buy men, arm and feed them, train them, and patch them up. Each man was once in the position you were: sold onto the sand and made to fight. Now you decide what happens to the men in your yard.

Take contracts and fight

Towns request men for fights. You set your price and choose who to send, then watch from the stands. If a fight goes wrong, you can take up a blade yourself. Men who return are worth more, while those who die leave fewer mouths to feed. The school’s finances and the men’s injuries are part of the same cycle: decide who is ready to go, and weigh what their return or death means for the school.
