Guild management

GuildWright is a PC guild-management game where you build a roster of forty named adventurers, each with two traits and a class ladder spanning 45 classes. Train members, set their skills, and assign jobs; some can gather resources or scout instead of fighting. Adventurers who spend time together form bonds that give them bonuses when fighting beside their companions. You can expel members and hire replacements.

Zones run on their own, with progress continuing while the game is closed. You can send guild members on expeditions lasting eight hours, a day, or three days. Choose what they search for, such as gear, gold, materials, or currencies, then read a journal of what happened on the road when they return. Scouts speed up expeditions, workers harvest resources for upgrades and bonuses, and quartermasters add offline time.
