Gorgon Shield

Relive the Charm of Classic RPGs in Gorgon Shield

If you've ever longed for the thrill of classic arcade RPGs like Gauntlet 2 or Golden Axe, Gorgon Shield captures that nostalgia beautifully. Developed by Oliver Joyce, known for the Swords and Sandals series, this PC game invites players on a journey where four heroes ride atop a giant shield, vying to defeat the legendary gorgon, Medusa. The mix of cooperative gameplay, strategic planning, and arcade-style action brings a refreshing twist to the genre, inviting you to gather heroes for the ultimate tower-climbing adventure.

Explore a Tower of Challenges and Secrets

At its core, Gorgon Shield transforms the familiar RPG landscape into a vertical roguelike experience. Players control a party of heroes who must ascend a treacherous tower filled with monsters and secrets. As you tackle waves of enemies, strategic choices become crucial, how to allocate healing, when to unleash special powers, and which heroes to bring into the fray are all part of the challenge. Each ascent requires not just combat skills but also tactical insight to navigate through rapidly changing scenarios.
