Get to Work, Gnomes! Christmas Factory

Welcome to the Christmas Chaos of Get to Work, Gnomes! Christmas Factory

In Get to Work, Gnomes! Christmas Factory, players step into the shoes of Santa himself, tasked with managing a chaotic workshop just weeks before Christmas. The Gnomes, your primary workforce, have fallen woefully behind, leaving you with only 24 days to whip them back into shape and ensure every child receives their Christmas gifts. Your goal is to streamline operations, appoint roles, and keep those Gnomes industrious before the holiday deadlines loom.

Manage Your Gnomes: The Key to Christmas Success

The heart of the game lies in effective Gnome management. You'll be hiring, training, and promoting Gnomes as you work to create an efficient production line. Each Gnome has a unique personality and needs, influencing how you manage them. If a Gnome is slacking off or trying to escape to the roof, it’s your job to redirect their energy back to gift production. Navigating these nuances adds depth to the gameplay.
