GALAGA - Xbox One

GALAGA: The Classic Shooter Reimagined for Xbox One

In GALAGA, you take control of a lone space fighter defending the galaxy from waves of relentless alien invaders. Originally released in 1981, this iconic arcade shooter has been faithfully recreated for the Xbox One, bringing the fast-paced action and strategy that captivated gamers decades ago right to your console. Utilize your fighter's unique ability to combine with others, creating powerful Dual Fighters to increase your firepower against the varied attacks of enemy formations.

Combat Strategies: The Dual Fighter Mechanic

One of the standout features that sets GALAGA apart from other shooters is its innovative fighter combination system. When you rescue captured allies during combat, you can merge with them to form a more formidable Dual Fighter. This mechanic plays a crucial role in taking on tougher waves of enemies and secures Perfect Bonuses more easily, especially in the Challenging Stages, where precision is key to success.
