Fray

Game overview

Fray is a hack-and-slash arena fighter set in a world where warriors from five ancient civilizations (Aztecs, Egyptians, Greeks, Japanese, and Vikings) compete against each other. In the game, players spawn with no weapons and must fight their way through arenas to acquire weapons while mastering fluid combat mechanics to secure victory.

Combat and weapons

The combat system emphasizes fast-paced action where players engage in melee battles. You need to strategically manage your encounters, as weapons are not immediately available. Instead, you must defeat opponents to gain access to a variety of weapons throughout the fight, each presenting different opportunities for tactical gameplay.
