Team principal career

Formula First Manager is a PC management game about building a career as a Formula racing Team Principal. You start at one team, but it isn’t meant to be your permanent home: your results, decisions and reputation shape what happens next. Other teams may approach you, your role can change, and your position can become precarious. Teams keep changing as your career continues.

Running the team

Between Grand Prix events, you manage the team’s departments and decide how to spend its resources. You recruit drivers and staff, negotiate contracts, manage sponsors and finances, and maintain or modernize facilities. These decisions affect one another: investing in the factory can improve later development, while hiring the right person can change the car’s development prospects. Spending heavily now can also restrict what the team can afford months later.
