Forgotten Self is a first-person psychological horror game for PC about trying to recover who you are as memories, fear, and reality blur. You explore unsettling locations, solve puzzles, and piece together a story that doesn’t always add up.

Stealth and puzzles

Each location has its own rules. You’ll move through oppressive labyrinths, a factory haunted by a lurking presence, and a hospital where security cameras may be your only way to see what’s happening. Observe and listen to work out how to proceed. When something hunts you, use stealth or distractions to find a way out. Some moments call for moving; others for staying perfectly still.
