Football Scout Simulator

Game premise and gameplay

Football Scout Simulator is a management simulation game where you take on the role of a football scout. You can operate across six confederations and over 40 leagues, including the Premier League and divisions in Africa, South America, Asia, and Oceania. You navigate an interactive world map, scouting for hidden talent while managing the risks involved in player assessments. The game emphasizes that scouted player ratings are presented as ranges rather than fixed values, requiring investment in scouting methods such as video analysis and on-the-ground trips.

Player management

In this game, you will deal with various aspects of player personalities and their impacts on team dynamics. Attributes like leadership, mentality, and professionalism can influence a player's performance and locker room culture. A raw talent may have the potential to disrupt a team, while an average player might excel when placed in the right environment.
