Tailor Your Aquarium Experience with Breeding Mechanics

Breeding is a central mechanic in FishPond, offering opportunities for players to experiment with genetics. Using the Genetic Splicer and Sampler, you can cross-breed various fish to unlock rare genetic variants. The excitement lies in the uncertainty; two fast parents might yield an even faster offspring or produce an unexpected mutation. Enhance your fish lineages further by saving and cloning the best specimens, with over 50 named variants waiting to be discovered.
