Game premise and mechanics

Fall of Days is a survival game set in a zombie-infested world. As you travel through this collapsed environment, you are challenged by time, hunger, and exhaustion. Each run spans several in-game days, where your decisions shape the outcomes of your journey. Rather than following a linear narrative, you make choices that determine how your experience unfolds, leading to variable outcomes with each playthrough.

Exploration and scavenging

You explore various locations, including buildings, cars, trains, and trees, to scavenge for resources. Looting different environmental points of interest allows you to gather over 60 items that can serve multiple purposes, such as food, weapons, or crafting materials. The game emphasizes the uncertainty of survival, as items may be critical at one moment and useless later on.
