Turn-based colony strategy

Expansion Protocol is a turn-based strategy game about building a powered base across an uncharted rock. Nothing moves until you end your turn. You scout adjacent sectors, assimilate them and connect buildings into one living grid, while working toward a quota set by the Overseer and a countdown.

Each run gives you a different assignment, and you choose which target to pursue at each step. Buildings count only when they’re connected to the network and drawing power, so placing an extractor, reactor or replicator means committing resources to the objective you’re chasing now. Expand too far without enough power, or lose a link between sectors, and buildings beyond it go dark.
