Endless Hallway: Asylum is a psychological horror game for PC about Anders de La Festo, a Spanish journalist investigating the disappearance of Patient 67 in an abandoned Arkansas psychiatric hospital. After taking the elevator to Floor 0, Anders finds himself trapped in a loop that returns him to the same floor.

You compare each floor with Floor 0, watching for changes in the hospital. If you spot an anomaly, return to the elevator behind you; if you don’t, continue to the far elevator. Hallucinations and flashes are caused by stress and don’t count as anomalies. A mistake sends you back to Floor 0.
