EGO DESCENT

An underground descent

EGO DESCENT is a PC action game about a machine sent into the underground LOOP ENGINE with one order: complete the strongest weapon. Other machines carry the same directive. You fight your way down through the facility, and when your unit is destroyed, it’s rebuilt to descend again.

Parts and combat

Your frame has five slots: head, body, right arm, left arm and legs. Enemies drop the parts they were wearing, including blades, hammers, guns, lasers and cannons. You can fit parts as you find them, and each drop has its own stats and bonus effects. Rarer parts have stronger effects; some change how you fight, while others trade a benefit for a drawback. The parts you carry in each arm determine your attacks, and their weight and combination affect your frame.
