Don't Come Home Until You Save The World

The Unexpected Hero in Don't Come Home Until You Save The World

Don't Come Home Until You Save The World takes a refreshingly subversive approach to the JRPG genre, focusing on Aether, a young boy who defies the traditional expectations of heroism. Instead of answering calls to adventure and saving the world, he wishes for a mundane life in his tranquil village. His reluctance to become the typical protagonist sets the stage for a unique narrative filled with humor and irony.

Aether's Reluctant Journey

From the outset, Aether is not your average hero. With no spiky hair or dire need for parental nudging, he dismisses common quests, like rescuing villagers and responding to crisis alerts. Instead, his goal is simple: return home and avoid discarding his normal life. However, destiny has other plans, tossing him into a chaotic world of peril that demands his attention.
