Engaging Combat Mechanics Inspired by Classic RPGs

Combat in DOGS of the DARK draws inspiration from RPG Maker titles and classic 90s RPGs. Players navigate a battle system prioritizing strategy, where reaction-based attacks pose a unique challenge. Expect to dodge or deflect playful assaults that include both light-hearted pounces and the immense threat of a "freaking cannonball." This layering of mechanics enhances engagement, providing an old-school feel fused with modern gameplay sensibilities.
