Dispatch Simulator

Dispatching in Greyford

Dispatch Simulator is a 911 dispatch simulation set at an emergency desk in Greyford County. You answer calls, work out what’s happening, and send police, fire, or EMS units while callers are still on the line. You can speak into a microphone or type; callers respond to your questions and may become more panicked as the situation develops.

Each call starts with missing information. You need to find the location, identify the incident and any hazards, and record notes for responding units. As callers share more, you can update the call with details such as injuries or weapons. A guided training shift introduces the desk.
