A Challenging Narrative Journey with Difficulty

Difficulty is a visual novel that invites players to navigate the complexities of storytelling and real-world challenges. Set against a backdrop of escalating tensions, it explores how increased difficulty can change the narrative's fabric, shaping both meaning and the player's experience. This compact game makes a bold statement about perception and understanding as players face five distinct difficulty settings.

Five Layers of Complexity in Gameplay

As players progress through Difficulty, they encounter five carefully crafted levels that add layers to the narrative. Each setting not only modifies gameplay mechanics but also deepens the themes presented in the story. Lower settings allow for more straightforward storytelling, while the harder settings require keen insight to unravel the intricacies of human experience and moral dilemmas. Understanding becomes a challenge in itself.
