Game premise and objective

Devoidant is a PC action game that combines elements of high-mobility shooter combat and bullet hell mechanics. Players assume the role of a Devoider, a pilot-knight tasked with protecting the remnants of civilization from a sentient hive-mind known as The Void. This enemy sends forth swarms of entities that intend to destroy your character and further enhance their own ranks. Players must navigate through challenging combat scenarios while managing energy and weapon capabilities in real time.

Combat and weapons

The combat system allows players to fly and engage in fast-paced battles, emphasizing mobility to dodge incoming attacks. You can choose between lightweight maneuverability to evade enemy fire or heavier firepower for tactical advantages during confrontations. Players can capture wild demons during battles, which can then be used as combat summons to aid you. Additionally, there are an array of relics and weapons that players can acquire, allowing for customization and the ability to fuse weapons for enhanced effectiveness.
