A job in the Atlantic trench

Depth Charge is a horror game set in the deepest trench of the Atlantic Ocean. You work as a bellman in a jury-rigged diving bell, completing shifts and trying to survive encounters with deep-sea monsters. The game relies heavily on audio, so speakers or headphones are important.

Shifts and divers

Each shift has a set of tasks. You need to watch how much noise you make while keeping the divers safe. If at least one returns from a successful dive, you manually pump nitrogen from their bloodstream while they sleep. Keep the lights off if they start to toss and turn: waking during the procedure can affect their mental state and productivity.
