Uncovering the Quirky Tale of 魔亦佛

In 魔亦佛, players delve into an intriguing narrative set against the backdrop of a modern city. Following the misfortunes of Chung Kwan, a girl struggling to succeed amid bad luck, the game starts with her abrupt job loss. What follows is a comical series of events that redirects her life into the strange world of a cleaning company specializing in exorcising supernatural entities from supposedly haunted homes.

Humorous Horror with a Twist

This game artfully blends elements of horror with comedic undertones. While the backdrop involves ghostly encounters and haunted houses, the humor shines throughout, making the unsettling feel lighthearted rather than terrifying. Chung’s reluctant journey into the world of ghost-catching provides a refreshing perspective, steering the narrative away from typical horror tropes while still embracing spooky themes.
