Deadrise

Open-water survival horror

Deadrise is a PC survival horror game set on a dark, fogbound ocean. You search for seven drifting bottles, use a compass, map and memory to reach an extraction point, and try to stay ahead of a shark hunting you through the fog.

Sonar and the shark

Sonar lets you see beyond the fog, survey the sea floor and build a map of what’s below. Each pulse also makes noise, helping the shark track you. It watches and circles, sometimes disappearing into the dark, rather than simply charging.
