Darkphobia

The Haunting Journey of Darkphobia

Darkphobia takes players down a terrifying exploration of childhood fears in a top-down psychological horror setting on PC. Memories of racing through the dark are intensified as you traverse the shadows, navigating the chilling gap between safety and peril. With every click of the light switch, dread amplifies, forcing you to reckon with what lurks in the dark.

Confronting Fear with Minimalist Mechanics

The mechanics in Darkphobia are deceptively simple yet fundamentally lethal. Players are tasked with turning off every light before retreating to bed. It’s straightforward, but unraveling the implications sends shivers down the spine. As you extinguish each source of light, your safe zone diminishes, transporting you deeper into a web of anxiety and survival. Strategic planning becomes essential as the encroaching shadows begin to close in on you.
