Danger Cliff is a vibrant 2D Collectathon Platformer that pays homage to classic internet browser games. Players guide Clifford, an upbeat young adventurer, and his loyal companion Boxer, on a quest to retrieve parts for Boxer's downed starship. As the duo navigates mysterious sky ruins, they must race against a mysterious enemy to secure the ship's components amidst stunning environments.

The game begins in a central hub world, which grants access to an initial level filled with collectables. Collecting these items is essential for unlocking new zones, leading to expansive exploration and discovery. There are a total of 19 main courses, each featuring multiple objectives, ensuring that players have plenty to keep them engaged. Collecting all 100 items is no small feat, making each area worth revisiting.
