Crystal Cosmos

Color-Based Combat in Crystal Cosmos

Crystal Cosmos challenges players with its innovative color-matching mechanic in a side-scrolling space shooter setting. Players must adapt their ship's color to that of their enemies to effectively defeat them. This adds a layer of strategic complexity, as switching colors makes you vulnerable to incoming attacks. Mastering this delicate balance between offense and defense is crucial for survival in the vibrant, chaotic universe of the game.

The Story Behind the Eight Kingdoms

Set in the enchanting realm of the eight Kingdoms of the Crystal Cosmos, players take on the role of Lord Alabastar, the ruler of Alabastion, a realm characterized by Light and Order. Following a devastating invasion by Obsidious, Lord of Darkness and Chaos, your kingdom faces ruin. With the core of Alabastar shattered into nine pieces, players must traverse the kingdoms to retrieve these fragments and reclaim their lost power, inevitably leading to a confrontation with Obsidious.
