Combat Recovery: A Bundle for Healing

Combat Recovery presents a thought-provoking bundle of two games that address the realities veterans face long after leaving the battlefield. Though combat is often viewed as a physical struggle, the emotional and psychological battles continue at home. This collection offers players an opportunity to understand these challenges through impactful gameplay experiences focused on both conflict and recovery.

Linking War and Mental Health in Gaming

The first game in the bundle, Metal Thunder, plunges players into the chaos of war. As you engage in intense battles, the game captures the frenetic energy and turmoil of combat. However, it extends beyond traditional warfare mechanics to highlight the subsequent fight veterans face with mental health issues. This sharp juxtaposition compels players to confront the stark realities of soldier life, both in action and in recovery.
