Colony on the Run

Colony survival

Colony on the Run is a roguelite action-strategy game for PC. You start as a single bacterium and multiply into a colony while racing through the human body. You must escape white blood cells and adapt to each organ as you go.

Evolution and the antibiotic wave

You evolve to survive, with each run ending against a massive antibiotic wave that arrives after three minutes. The game’s central challenge is building up from one bacterium and staying alive through that timed threat.
