Circulopolis: The Commissioner of Transition

A district in transition

Circulopolis: The Commissioner of Transition is a decision-making survival game for PC about turning a wasteful district into a circular economy. As its newly appointed commissioner, you face competing demands from environmental activists, industry, researchers, social workers, and local creators.

Each day, a visitor brings a dilemma. You read the situation and swipe left or right to choose how to respond. There’s rarely a choice that helps everyone: a green policy can hurt the economy, while protecting businesses can mean more waste.
